My role involved managing these channels and actively engaging with employee posts, fostering a dynamic and interactive community. By leveraging social listening and trend analysis, I ensured our messaging resonated with our audience, crafting content strategies informed by insights that I distilled into a Weekly Social Digest.
One of the highlights of my experience was my final project: a 360-degree social activation plan for the ServiceNow Knowledge 2024 conference. This initiative was a culmination of my efforts to infuse creativity into the corporate B2B space, allowing me to apply the insights and industry analysis I gathered throughout my co-op. It was thrilling to see how innovative strategies could enhance engagement and create memorable experiences for attendees.
